The Radisson SAS Hotel at Dublin Airport was formerly the Great Southern Hotel Dublin Airport.
At time of writing the Hotel is undergoing refurbishment so bear that in mind if you are booking. The Hotel is a short distance from Dublin airport and a 24 hour shuttle bus runs from the Hotel to Dublin Airport. An aircoach bus service runs between the airport and Dublin city centre. Interestingly this bus line stops at the major tourist attractions in Dublin. A taxi from the airport to the city centre will cost in the region of €15 to €20. The Radisson SAS Dublin airport is approximately 20 minutes drive from Dublin city centre.

Accomodation at the Radisson SAS Dublin airport
There are 105 standard guest rooms with satellite TV, pay per view movies, coffee / tea making facilities, laptop sized safe, hair dryer, trouser press, telephone with voice mail and high speed internet access. Business class rooms are available and these rooms also offer gourmet coffee / tea and, a minibar and individual climate control. You can book family rooms and these are basically two interconnecting standard guest rooms. The Radisson SAS Dublin airport also offers junior suites and 2 presidential suites. The presidential suites have a large bedroom with walk-in closet, a jacuzzi bath and living room with dining table. The suite has panoramic views of Dublin bay and the airport complex through floor to ceiling windows.

O’Dea’s Irish Pub in the Hotel is a nice place to unwind and the pub has a carvery lunch (hot running buffet). The onsite Potter’s restaurant offers a good à la carte menu. There is 24 hour room service, a good breakfast buffet with continental, north european and american cuisine. Coffee, tea, fruits and energy bars are available at the lobby if you are in a hurry.

The hotel has 30 meeting rooms, extended check-out is available on request (3pm), a babysitting service is available (must be booked in advance), there is a business centre, medical staff are available (on call 24 hours), foreign currency exchange, plenty of car parking, discounts on the local gold course green fees.
